Our choices are often rooted in a set of habitual practices—some good and others bad—that have been established over decades.
To break free from undesirable habits requires courage to face your current behavioral blueprint, and discipline to implement the necessary behavioral changes in order to alter it.
It is not going to be easy. In fact, it is downright difficult. But life hacks and fad diets aren’t enough to fundamentally recharge your life.
As you will read, my journey to optimal health and wellness was anything but linear.
Sometimes my lack of energy was due to external circumstances, and other times I was my own worst enemy.
In the pursuit for my optimal life my entire 30s was spent obsessively trying to discover the “golden formula” for boundless energy, consistent happiness, and youthful enthusiasm.
The truth is, there is no formula that exists that doesn’t require deep introspection to understand, accept, and sometimes change the way you think of yourself and the world around you.
This journey has forced me to face and challenge the paradigm and blueprint I had been following for decades.
In the process I had to dig deep and uproot long held beliefs and discard anything that wasn’t serving my life’s missions.
